I've completed two internships during my undergrad. One with Werner Athletics and the other with Vital Strength and Physiology. I believe that all athletes should be well versed in multiple sports and this makes for better all around athletes. I try to practice what I preach! As a former Olympic weightlifter and bobsleigh brake-woman who still completes in track and field, I understand the amount of dedication and work that goes into following through on a goal, dream or project.
