I ran a start-up in the 90s in the music industry and then moved to large corporate, learning how to grow businesses from P&G as a General Manager path marketer. I have a diverse experience which enables me to flow to any context, learn quickly and and find solutions re-applying or seeking out new ways to grow as needed. Having led in digital in the 90s, I am still tech friendly, leaning into AI applications to support efficiency. My broad industry & sector experience spans Software, Telecoms, FMCG, Durables, Animal Healthcare, Entertainment, Insurance. Within these I have split my experience across B2B and B2C. I identify opportunities for growth by finding insights both from within the company and from consumers/customers, sculpting commercial and operational models, developing innovation & propositions and company culture. I work best in environments with challenge and change - I'm the strange beast that actually enjoys ambiguity and the opportunity to solve problems and create transformation.I have worked in small companies of 10-20 people (including my own start-up) and large corporates.
