This position builds and maintains excellent relationships with the Internet sales manager and owner/general manager at each customer site; and proactively contacts customers on a regular basis to provide advice on Web presence, use of promotions/coupons/content and updates on open support tickets and issues. A Major Accounts Advisor also provides first tier technical support, product training, feature information on demand and engages in up-selling to ensure maximum customer value and satisfaction. Leading customer focus groups for product improvements is also part of this position.
