I worked in this institution as a part-time employee. In this job, I analyzed, designed, and developed several models for identifying Twitter user behavior during the COVID-19 pandemic. Under the direction of my Supervisors, I also made several publication papers related to this work.

I worked in this organization as a contract employee. In this job, I analyzed, designed, and developed civil servant systems for the Pekanbaru government. Additionally, I helped this organization to make a plan for the development of an e-government infrastructure system.

When I worked under the direction of my Supervisor, I created and designed an application for measuring the satisfaction index from the service of Pekanbaru's government employees. Not only developed the application but I also tested the application to ensure that the application could perform well based on user requirements.
