Topgolf's expansion into international locations drew me into this position of Senior Project Manager of International Technology projects. My background with several companies that have global locations was utilized and valued in this role. The Topgolf core values of fun, excellence and one team were evident every day. Internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) of 16 games and core systems for Monterrey (Spanish) and Dubai (Arabic) was completed to make sure that linguistically and culturally the apps are received well and understood by broad audiences. We developed a process to make future venue setup easier and faster. A new AWS Network Design was needed to support the franchise business model so that integration with our partner's systems can be done quickly and yet be secure. I had a wonderful time at Topgolf until Covid-19 forced major reduction in the workforce. I'm very grateful for the time I spent at Topgolf and to be a part of the innovative team and to use my skills and experience to benefit the Topgolf business expansion!

After completing the BakerCorp transition tasks to make sure the integration went smoothly into United Rentals, my position was a duplicate and I was no longer needed. BakerCorp invested in process improvements so well for the last 4 years that they improved their EBITDA and were acquired by United Rentals. Several implemented strategic projects were under my control:* The mobile inspections app was well received by the branch employees as it eliminated paper forms and the data entry of the paper forms. The new .NET App, designed for Android and iOS, integrates to the Mainframe ERP System and also populates a SQL Database to capture additional inspection information used in reports and metrics. Used MS Project, OneNote, SharePoint, and Visio to keep the project on-track and to communicate effectively with remote team members. * My project teams also implemented a global mobile inventory app in several languages as well as a mobile dispatching app that was connected to a legacy ERP system. * Using agile methodology, the Management Metrics Dashboard was delivered to be able to quickly get yesterday's data compared to company goals for international Branch Managers. * Mobile customer delivery/pickup dispatching system entailed coordinating 3 separate development teams (2 vendors and 1 internal) in remote locations. Utilized MS Project, SharePoint, OneNote, JIRA, Visio, Excel and Word tools. The complex development included integrating a SaaS App (TransportACE) to a Mainframe ERP System (Wynne Systems Rental) and building an internal transaction service to capture Big Data transaction elements for future use. * I also implemented ITIL guidelines. OneNote and Outlook (and their integration) are my main communication tools which help with managing concurrent projects. I enjoyed leading the successful teams and I am looking forward to building more great unified teams that can contribute to the bottom line.

I worked a year with a great Southwest Airlines team to implement a best-in-class supply chain software in the Maintenance & Engineering Area.The project went well. We achieved our goal of implementing the year long project on schedule and within budget. Adoption by the users is very high. The project management required combining agile and waterfall development methodologies. It was challenging to balance between using JIRA for project tracking and MS Project but that kept things interesting. I wish the SWA project team members and the users all the best as they continue on with the new capabilities provided by the application.
