Executive Assistant to COO & Operations

Manage executive level projects and provide daily support for the President & COO as well as SVP of North American Operations and Global Ops Support & Training and various Field Operations team members.

Manage MSS team that contracts, executes, manages corporate mkt print mktg and oversee online promotions team that creates, edits, uploads all online offers for all traditional PJI stores.

Manage a team of Marketing Support Specialist that plan, execute and manage print mktg for corporate stores. In addition to the print aspect, my team also acts as liason between corp field ops and the corp office as well as trouble shooting on their behalf. Also manage the Online Promotions team responsible for creating, uploading and deploying promo codes & eDeals for the entire system.
