I am a uniquely diverse person and coach, raised by progressive, slightly-hippy parents in both middle-class Scotland and an ashram in Canada's Rocky Mountains. Our family dynamics shaped who I've become through exposure to emerging practices from the early days of institutions such as positive psychology, and mindfulness.Having lived and worked in many countries, myriad industry sectors and operational areas, I am called a polymath (I had to look that up). I live this same evolution and have been through multiple transitions—most in choice, but not always.
