This role is responsible for overseeing the strategy, planning, and implementation of the coordinated care network in the state of Ohio, and leading the strategy for the network at a statewide level. The Network Director interfaces with senior leaders at healthcare systems and health plans, government agencies, foundations, and community-based organizations, and will lead the Ohio team to ensure successful onboarding of clinical and community organizations into the networks and healthy network activity and partner engagement post-launch.

Providing leadership in the area of workforce development for the organization. Responsibilities include:-Development of Job Readiness Training programs and activities-Developing/Managing employer relationships-Managing a team of career coaches and support staff-Oversight of department budgets and relationships with funders and donors-Program development and implementation

Managing style content for a multi-city publication. Our focus is to highlight key women in the community, as well as to showcase organizations, events and businesses that primarily serve women and girls.

Coordination of the PWG group for Dress for Success Columbus. This group is designed to provide on-going professional development to client of Dress for Success Columbus who have become employed. The monthly sessions focus on three key areas: Financial Literacy, Health and Wellness and Professional Development.

I currently serve as the President of the Columbus, Ohio Chapter of the American Association of Blacks in Energy (AABE). AABE is an organization made up of utility industry professionals whose mission is to be a voice for African Americans, and other underrepresented communities, within the utility industry. We provide education and information to the community, professional development for our members, and serve as a resource to community leaders, policy leaders, and others to ensure that the impact of the decisions made are clearly understood by all.

Consulting with The Women's Book on matters related to strategic marketing and brand awareness opportunities. Also working with The Women's Book to plan unique networking events and opportunities for women to connect around the project.

-Served as liaison between the company and the regulator on all matters related to compliance with all rules and regulations related to our business.-Assisted with relationship building, effective communication, and educational opportunities both internally and externally.-Served as project lead on teams to support the strategic initiatives of the company.

The Ohio GATE Advisory Council exists to work with Ohio's regulated utilities to ensure the inclusion of minority, women-owned, and service disabled veterans in the procurement process. Ohio GATE was founded in June of 2005, as an initiative by Commissioner Emeritus Clarence D. Rogers, Jr. at the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio. My role included development of the concept for the Council, researching the supplier diversity programs at all regulated utility companies, studying the "best practices" of other like advisory councils across the country, and ultimately working to establish the Council as a 501(c)3 organization made up of supplier diversity managers, government affairs managers, and advocacy partners which represent the interest of the diverse suppliers. I also served as the liaison between the PUCO and Ohio GATE. Upon retirement from state government, I was able to take on the role of Vice President for the organization.

Served as assistant to Commissioner Emeritus Clarence D. Rogers, Jr. who was a member of the Public Utilities Commission. Main responsibilities included office management duties, attending meetings on his behalf, assisting with analyzing and recommending policy decisions related to cases that came before the Commission, and interaction with Commission Staff to achieve desired policy outcomes.

Served in the Public Affairs Department with responsibilities for creating consumer education materials, serving as both an internal and external resource for communications needs, management of the internal newsletter, and representing the PUCO at various speaking engagements and consumer/stakeholder meetings and forums.

Served as an informal mediator of customer complaints related to utility matters. Helped to educate customers and negotiate resolutions to consumer related issues.
