My role involves managing the Operations department at Competitor Monitor to ensure our clients' requirements are met in a timely manner and to a high quality. I work closely with our Account Managers, Quality Assurance team and technical team on a daily basis creating and improving departmental processes where required.

My focus lies in managing the connection between Competitor Monitor and our clients by building and maintaining excellent relationships. I ensure our client needs are met and that they receive a high level of customer service during the set-up process and daily use of their accounts.
