My development work is based on: Management▪ Monitor projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and success of the consultants;▪ Mobilize consultants in accordance with the appropriate skills needed in each project;▪ Supervising the financial status of the activity.▪ Organizing & coordinating the commercial relationships with your partnersSales▪ Ensuring the development of the business unit by defining a business plan & development strategy▪ Creating new business opportunities by prospecting new customers.▪ Gathering new business leads to consulting with actual customers.▪ Optimizing business profitability.▪ Closing offers deals on service-based contracts (fixed-price, SLA-based, delivery-based) or on time-based contracts (delegation of consultants).▪ Participating and realizing the redaction of offers, reporting, etc.▪ Supporting in achievement of commercial objectives and proactive development of corrective actions.HR▪ Participating in the recruitment attracting policy.▪ Selecting & recruiting new consultants for the team.▪ Being in charge of the consultant career evolution (annual review, training).
