His international experience includes founding and operating an outsourcing company in Mexico responsible for unions, union protection, employment, government agencies, permits, training, and taxes.Using his straight forward yet intuitive approach, Toni resolved a year-long labour strike of a mine in Mexico within two months, resulting in better benefits for the workers and saving the mine 10 million dollars over five years. Toni oversees operations abroad in his current role as President of Strata HR and Outsourcing Inc. and is also a mechanical engineer. Based in Toronto, he is fluent in English and Arabic with a working proficiency in French and Spanish.His latest venture was a development of a healthy quickservice food concept based on a lebanese flatbread that is baked fresh to order. after 2 and a half years of development, Toni has streamlined the operation to a food cost of under 30% and an individual prep time of under 4 minutes.
