About me: I am the Diversity and Inclusion Lead for UKI Delivery; my personal focuses are the Women in Business, LGBTQ+, BAME, and Social Inclusion directives. I love creativity; art, reading, writing, movies, and music. I am passionate about mental health and Psychology. I'm on the cusp of completing my Psychology and Counselling degree, which I have been taking in my spare time. I'm also enrolled on:- Multiple MS courses including MB-901 and Azure Fundamentals - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt courseI volunteered with the Sheffield Independent Visitors Scheme for 7 years. About work: I have worked in the IT industry for 10+ years, and have extensive experience in effectively managing and executing multiple projects and programmes. I also have a history of building and leading successful eCommerce and Sales teams. I am a passionate and dedicated, multi-faceted individual who is comfortable supporting organisations to reach their goals in the most timely, effective, and cost-efficient manner. Having worked in multiple areas of business; eCommerce, Sales, Services, and Delivery, I have been able to effectively communicate and connect with a multitude of teammates across EMEA and globally. I am comfortable working at all levels within an organisation, from engaging with clients to creating process documentation. I have also worked with senior leaders to formulate and drive target-driven strategies successfully.
