About Toni J Lynch
After working in the customer service/technical support field for over 15 years in the call center environment I was drawn to healthcare after caring for family members in 2017. I walked away from computers and began to focus on people. My duties as a day support specialist for adults with developmental delays and physical disabilities has been extremely rewarding and now as a Team Lead, the expanse of responsibilities and experience has doubled that feeling. Seeing one of my client's eyes light up when a new skill is obtained and a goal is reached is one of the best parts of my day. I've been referred to as the "mom" of my co-workers because my caring nature and patience are genuine and it shows in my satisfied clients and my amicable relationships with my co-workers and supervisors. I tend to be very driven when working on projects but ultimately require a balance between personal and professional to remain productive. In my free time I like to read various types of books, craft miniatures, and write.
