Toni’s responsibilities are split between the Local Team, Brand Digital Team and special projects supporting the Creative Services/Marketing Departments. She collaborates with writers and strategists to create grand opening campaigns across the country, partners with product teams, is a lead in brand photo and video shoots, and works on high profile C-suite projects.

At Franklin Street Marketing Toni produced high-level strategic, creative work that achieve business goals and exceed both client and industry expectations in surprising ways. This is accomplished through team leadership and collaboration, creative thinking, and idea generation with a deep understanding of design and marketing principles, trends, and new communication technologies.

At Smith CP, Toni created strategic concepts and designs while working with a team of Copywriters and Account Managers to provide Smith's clients with premium communications in areas such as HR Programs, Benefits, and Total Rewards within the HealthCare and Higher Education sectors.

Praxium Press is a small business dedicated to the fine art of letterpress and paper love. Design and letterpress printed inspirations are created for galleries and retail stores around the country. Limited collections are also available online.

Toni designed and developed visual assets through illustration and photography, art directed onsite photoshoots and managed multiple projects while working closely with the Owner and Creative Director. Along the way she built relationships with clients, writers and digital vendors.

At the Creative Circus Toni had the privilege of developing curriculum as well as teaching for the Design and Team programs. Classes included Designing for Capital Campaigns, Typography and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Toni’s first creative agency experience was as a designer for clients such as Brach's Candy and Columbia Sportswear. In addition to package design, she also designed catalogs, directed photoshoots and created detailed mockups for presentations.
