•Liaison between Private Carrier Affairs and all internal and external stakeholders such as Information Systems and Bus Operations relating to on-board and/or back office service and vehicle monitoring technologies•Manage and follow up on data distributions ensuring all relevant buses have received and installed all applicable updates in a timely manner•Coordinate the distribution of service changes with PCA Contract Administrators, Bus Operations Electronics Department, Information Services and all other stakeholders to ensure relevant updates to operating information are accurate and complete•Provide on-site operator and technical training as needed to support the effective operation of the monitoring systems•Arrange operator and maintenance training between contract carriers and NJ TRANSIT Operations and Maintenance Training departments •Perform data analysis such as defect trending or on-time performance of contracted services using available technologies such as AVM, Clever Cad, Clever Reports, etc•Supply technical assistance to the contracted carriers as it relates to the on-board service and vehicle monitoring systems including on-site diagnosis and repair of on-board system hardware defects•Deliver technical assistance to the Private Carriers as it relates to the on-board Clever Devices system to provide guidance regarding diagnosis of system defects•Oversees inventory of spare parts/components•Process warranty claims of units covered under warranty•Maintains detailed records of component replacement for trending analysis or other forms of reporting•Coordinate off-site component repairs
