Performed conceptualization & execution of Year End Annual Campaign through major gifts, foundations, annual fund, direct mail, targeted social media, writing, editing, analysis for donor file segmentation, coached Board members, staff & volunteers for campaign.

Established fund development, volunteer and community involvement capacity for this housing ministry. Managed marketing, public relations, special events, volunteer development, church outreach, direct mail, major gifts and donor cultivation and management. Solicited and secured major gifts totally $200,000 for the building of homes. Improved media relations and enhanced the visibility of the organization throughout Orange County.

Identified, solicited and cultivated donor base through strategic marketing and public relations. Generated funding through direct mail, telemarketing, foundations, celebrities, major gifts, church relations, video productions and publications. Administered all phases of development, generating $16 million in funding annually.

Rebuilt the Development Department and expanded its capacity to meet the growing needs of the ministry centers while raising public awareness of the Mission’s work in the community. Completed “Mission Possible” Capital Campaign by raising $6.7M. Solicited and received a $1M undesignated gift for Mission.Submitted and received $381K in grants from Georgia Department of Community Affairs. Served on Board of Directors.

Designed & implemented a broad range of collaborative outreach programs between the Church, community agencies, schools and service providers for the largest Presbyterian Church in the US. Managed Habitat for Humanity housing program in Metro Atlanta, constructing 10 homes per year.Selected, recruited and coached a volunteer staff of over 1,000 members.Directed Partnership in Education program with Huber Elementary, receiving the Chamber of Commerce award for best community partnership.
