This trainee position was a part of the Projektiosaaja V course by Aducate. I worked with and developed surface treatment methods, such as electroplating, for applications in the optics industry.

As a research assistant my duties included preparation and characterization of thermoelectric composite materials. Characterization included Seebeck coefficient and resistivity measurements, and microstructural analysis using SEM/EDS.

My duties included directing laboratory and group work for students. I also evaluated homework assignments and reports.

My responsibilities included pressure and plate filtration, and general process oversight.

My duties included synthesis and characterization of cathode materials for lithium ion batteries. I also constructed test cells from the materials in inert atmosphere.
