Toni Matas is a Camarero at Cafè al Mercat. She is proficient in Inglés. Colleagues describe her as "A creative and critical mind. I have been knowing Toni since 2015 when we bought our house on Mallorca. Since then we had the opportunity to chat and discuss a lot. As a curious and critical representative of his generation he asks many good questions without receiving satisfying answers enough.  Toni is interested primarily in communications and PR and I invited him for an internship in our design company in Hannover/Germany. He worked closely with the leader of the Press/PR team and she challenged him a lot. Toni proved that he is quick in thinking, writing and doing. Sometimes he was a little bit too quick but that's better than too slow.  Toni is able to analyse complex topics to create press releases and articles. And more important, Toni was willing to learn and accept recommendations to improve his skills. What I like a lot is that Toni is critically questioning the status quo of situations and states of the art as this is the right - and maybe the duty - of his generation. Of course he still needs some guidance but if you listen carefully to him, Toni can be a very challenging counterpart for serious discussions. Be it political topics or the economy, culture or art, Toni is open minded for every content. What I like as well is Toni's passion for his home island Mallorca, something we often miss from young people. It is more than difficult for his generation to stay on Mallorca as there are not enough qualified job opportunities and that "forces" the young generation to leave, study in the capitals and find jobs there or in other countries. If politicians would sometimmes really listen to Toni's generation they could learn more about their duties and Toni would be a very qualified counterpart for them. He and his companions have every right to complain and critically demand a better future, job opportunities and the protection of the cultural identity of the island and the locals. I think Toni could become a valueable team member of any NGO, SME, start-up or larger corporation if he would get the chance to focus on his core competence communication. He can unfold his talents best in a creative environment and he will develop his skills and competences probably quickly if he can enjoy some "freedom" in thinking and executions. So, all in all, Toni is a "glocal" representative of our future - and it's our duty to support this generation to be prepared for the upcoming responsibilities." and "Conocí a Toni cuando acudió a la firma de presentación de mi libro, Voluntad de Poder, el pasado enero en la Fnac de Callao.
