I create free and low-cost resources for budget-conscious individuals and families that demonstrate easy, affordable, plant-based eating. I have created a high traffic site that offers videos, free meal plans, informative articles, literature, and hundreds of diverse recipes. Since the creation of Plant-Based on a Budget, I have:-Brought the site to nearly 15 million views-Spoken at VegFests, colleges, elementary schools, on podcasts, and conferences about healthy, affordable eating-Been featured on TV, film, radio, podcasts, and print media for my work with meal planning-Produced and co-produced vegan videos that have reached millions-Authored the Plant-Based on a Budget cookbook & The Super Easy Vegan Slow Cooker Cookbook-Co-authored The Friendly Vegan Cookbook-Created the Plant-Based on a Budget Meal Plans which have helped tens of thousands of people cut their grocery bill in half-Co-hosted The Plant-Powered People Podcast

As the Food & Lifestyle Coordinator, I created engaging content for the Vegan Outreach blog, social media channels, and e-newsletter. I co-designed two brochures that are distributed internationally to millions: Compassionate Choices and Guide to Cruelty-Free Eating. I also created an automated e-mail series called Toni's Weekly Tips to help ease people into a veg-friendly lifestyle.

During my time with Goodwill, I developed social media strategies to increase brand awareness, and implemented a monthly e-newsletter campaign to gain supporter engagement. I contributed to the marketing of a new store in the form of ad creation, promotional video, and social media blasts.

As a dedicated worker in a fast growing non-profit, I wore many different hats during my time at Animal Place. I coordinated all outreach events, including: exhibiting opportunities, presentations for relevant community events, sanctuary tours, and small to large-scale celebration events. I developed, executed, and evaluated strategies to improve online reach, engagement and activity, as well as monitored online platforms daily to identify, interpret, and maintain supporter engagement. I also brought the Animal Place Facebook page from 5k followers to 130k followers.

I was the mouthpiece for Mimomito and worked with local media outlets, such as Good Day Sacramento, Sacramento News and Review, Midtown Monthly and Sactown Magazine, to gain publicity and spread blog ideas. I collaborated with local and national design groups, such as Dwell, Atomic Ranch, and Apartment Therapy, to promote historical preservation awareness and strengthen the modernist community. I also developed the most popular section of the blog using high quality photography to highlight homes and modern design in our local community, bringing page views from 300 to 3,000 per day.
