Selling Jyväskylä region as a business platform for companies outside the region and supporting the soft landing service. Primary responsibilities include: project administration and services procurement, planning and implemention of sales campaigns, sales projects execution, CRM, stakeholder network coordination, service design and development, assisting.

Representing a Finnish education export organization in Barcelona, Spain: content and knowledge management, market research and reporting, networking support, relationships with member organizations, service product positioning.

Responsible for the implementation of a document management software at the central office of the Finnish Heart Association: mapping the needs of the personnel and creating the system accordingly, communicating and reporting on the process, training the personnel and writing instruction manuals.

My part-time work at our family business included regular office tasks, such as translating documents from Finnish to English, making PowerPoint presentations, basic book keeping and database management.

Planning and executing a 300-person event, coordinating the organising parties, stakeholder and partner communication, budget planning and managing the project workers.

In charge of marketing the internship program to companies in Jyväskylä region, building up relations with local business organisations, leading and training of a 10-person sales team.Results were best in recent years and strengthened continuity of customer relationships.
