About Toni Rannikko

Mr. Rannikko is currently in garden leave from the role of group CFO at Musti Group Plc. (HEL: MUSTI) and a member of the executive management team. Mr Rannikko served at Raisio during 2019-2021. Prior to Raisio he worked as division Vice President of Finance at Cargotec Corporation, an international provider of cargo handling solutions on land and sea. He was responsible as a CFO role for Kalmar Mobile Equipment business globally, division had sales, R&D, sourcing and manufacturing in all continents. Before this role he worked closely with Cargotec Executive Management in corporate strategy team and was heading M&A deals worldwide. Prior to this, he has been heading global finance operations based in Finland, USA and India, including operations and services provided by in-house organizations and external partners. Finance operations included global delivery for General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, SAP Masterdata, Intercompany, Cash Management and Treasury Back Office services. Mr Rannikko served at Cargotec 2010-2018. During 2007-2010 Mr. Rannikko gained experience at Nokia Plc. as Senior Finance Project Manager and Service Manager in General accounting and Period End Closing. Starting from early 2009 he was also responsible for global Finance Vendor Management, complex subcontracting deals, performance tracking, and budget responsibility. At 2005-2007 he was a Vice President and Senior Branch Manager in Nordea Bank Finland Plc. leading financial sales team of 50 people, including products in investment, financing and risk management, mainly to household clients. Mr. Rannikko holds following academic degrees: M.Sc.Econ - University of Turku, Finland Commercial College degree, Turku, FinlandDiplomas from INSEAD, France and IMD, SwitzerlandMr. Rannikko is a member of the board of directors in Suomen Viljava Oy, Oat Mill Finland Oy and Hidex Oy
