I've been on faculty at three universities, teaching courses in technical communications, and redesigning each course to reflect current trends. My students at MTU love AI, chatbots, and micro-content for user and device context, and my virtual world course at James Madison University was ahead of its time. Students created virtual businesses and solved business problems. I'm a multi-national (US citizen with residency in Europe). My colleagues call me Carmen San Diego.
