Data Analyst - Investment Reporting and Analysis

Credit/Underwriting Analyst January 2017 – Present ● Perform accurate loan sizing and overall risk assessment.● Consider sponsorship credit-worthiness by analyzing financial statements.● Provide supportable mitigation to minimize any risk identified.● Analyze property operating statements and make necessary calculations.● Evaluate and consider the current market and trends.● Collaborate closely with origination team to negotiate additional loan proceeds and pricing.● Reconstruct and structure loan transaction terms to obtain loan approvals with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac representatives.

● Assisted the Project Manager and Lead Developer with data extraction and analysis to rebuild a new pipeline for sales originators and credit/underwriting officers.● Collaborated with the Marketing Manager to develop a market analysis report for the multifamily real estate industry to identify potential competitive advantages for M&T RCC.● Extracted over 160 potential sales opportunities from over 40 Real Estate Owned Schedules to provide data for a system to advance origination efforts.
