Work closely with COO and CEO on daily tasks. Generate, analyze, and submit weekly reporting to the president. Prepare training documents, keep policies and procedure up to date. Utilize indeed and flex jobs to recruit new employees, create job descriptions, contracts, and on boarding for new employees and 1:1/ performance reviews for current. Assist with planning and coordinating of University events.

Perform all financial activities to include P&L statements and management reports. Complete bank accounts and credit card reconciliations, (AR) create invoices and collect on overdue accounts, and complete payments and review and fix AR Aging. Manage payroll and prepare payroll tax returns.

Complete monthly reconciling of trust accounts, credit cards, checking, and saving accounts. Assist with year-end audit. Reconcile PTO, Pensions, and Insurance/benefit accounts. Process payroll, complete invoice scanning, coding, and paying of bills. Create and adjust bills, process payments, and collect past due bills. Work with insurance companies for billing and reimbursement and clear up the AR aging reports.Maintain and review rates of depreciation and labor.
