Sr. Attorney - Business Integrity, Investigations
Current► Conduct end-to-end global internal investigations involving allegations concerning the Code of Business Conduct and other policies, including fraud, corruption, bribery, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, human rights, insider threats, and conflicts of interest► Develop comprehensive investigative plans, prepare and maintain case files, interview witnesses, review records, conduct root cause analysis, and draft clear and concise investigative reports► Make objective and analytically-sound findings and provide recommendations and advice for corrective action as well as improvements to mitigate risk► Establish and maintain effective collaboration and rapport with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of compliance► Draft, maintain, and update investigation procedures and internal protocols to ensure best practices
