Toni Murphy is the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Comcast’s Central Division. In this role, Toni leads consumer sales and marketing for Xfinity TV, Internet, Voice, Home and Mobile products and services. In addition to leading our demand generation and go to market efforts, Toni leads our investments in channel and operational effectiveness and transformation. A critical part of Toni's role is her leadership of our retail and branded partner channels and in partnership with our care organizations on customer billing, retention, account management and customer experience. Effective January, Toni Murphy has been named Senior Vice President of Comcast’s Keystone Region, overseeing the organization’s operational, strategic and financial performance across areas serving western, central and northeastern Pennsylvania, eastern Ohio, northern West Virginia and the Maryland panhandle. The Region is headquartered in Pittsburgh, where Murphy is based. In this role, Toni is responsible for several million customer relationships, providing them with access to cutting-edge data, voice, video and surveillance products for both the residential and commercial segments. She has comprehensive oversight across several functions -- Finance, Business Operations, Engineering, Technical Operations, Sales & Marketing, Comcast Business, Regulatory Affairs, Human Resources, Legal and External Affairs.Over her 14 year journey at Comcast, Toni has developed a reputation for repeatable and top-performing business results. She is a trailblazer, people developer and visionary.

In this role, I am responsible for customer acquisition and retention for residential clientele across Pennsylvania and parts of Ohio, Maryland and W. Virginia.With this promotion, Toni is the first person to lead customer acquisition for both residential and commercial clients at the regional level.

In this role, she will be responsible for the development, implementation and administration of strategic plans that will drive important, large-scale business projects for the region. In particular, she will focus on leading and holding us accountable for making the customer experience our best product.
