Designing and implementing comms and marketing including strategy advice, web content, social media and posters and leaflets. The Salt Space reproduces the natural microclimate of a salt cave for salt therapy - a drug free treatment for respiratory conditions and skin irritations.

Impetus is a Brighton & Hove charity which connects people to reduce isolation & improve wellbeing. I will be contributing to and coordinating Impetus communications, enabling all staff and stakeholders to engage with all aspects of comms and PR for Impetus and contributing to volunteer recruitment and fundraising activity.

In this role I was the focal point for media activity on the charity's medical research and fundraising activities. I developed and delivered PR plans, wrote news, features and blogs and publicised these in the media and in fundraising and supporter communications.

My role involved developing and delivering effective communications projects to clients within the NHS and wider healthcare sectors. I also managed membership, events, news and reports' publications, and PR for the British Association for the Study of the Liver.

My role involved writing, commissioning and editing features and news, as well as design, layout, picture research, print and digital content management – delivering concurrent projects on time and to budget. As a key member of a small team, I was also involved in project development, sales and marketing, proposal writing and presentation as well as recruitment and staff training.
