Jodie Tonita and Robert Gass founded STP to strengthen the leadership culture and build the collective power and relationality of progressive social movements. As executive director, Jodie was the strategic visionary leading STP's transformative leadership and network development programs while overseeing the long term and day-to-day health and performance of the organization and its people.

Co-led the evolution of Web of Change: a prominent conference and community of practice that connected the foremost thinkers and do-ers at the intersections of digital organizing and social change.

Led the Canadian operations of a trailblazing nonprofit technology assistance provider, delivered strategy, technology, organization, and communications consulting to hundreds of regional and national environmental organizations. In her tenure, she helped found Organizing for Change and Conservation Voters of BC, two collaborative power-building efforts designed to win critical environmental policy fights. Supported the development of the national organization from 4 to 20+ employees and the design of an innovative hybrid nonprofit/B-Corp business model with over 50% earned revenue.

Designed and delivered custom corporate and public sector software training, led multi-year enterprise hardware and software deployments, and provided specialized change management services.
