About Toni Weber

Why hello there!I am a technology professional with a diverse background of roles and leadership experiences. In my current role as an Audit Director, I am leveraging this background to improve audit capabilities while also expanding my knowledge of auditing practices. I am thankful that Nationwide provides great opportunities, like this, to continually learn and grow!I am a go-getter – always have been, always will be. In fact, this trait first presented itself in my youth, when my parents found me dressed for school…the night before! I thrive on accomplishments – both my own and those of the teams that I lead and with whom I work. I know how to get the job done – and when I don’t, I figure it out. I go above and beyond – meeting expectations is never enough; I expect to “wow.” I am a writer, though I have never formally held this title. I am consistent, persistent, and I like to laugh – a lot! I’m an extraverted introvert; I enjoy collaborating and coaching, but value my alone time to recharge.I am always looking to learn and improve myself – through conferences, podcasts, Ted Talks, blogs, and books. On my continual self-improvement journey, I’ve picked up daily gratitude and mindfulness practices. Some of the apps that I’ve found particularly useful in this space include Calm, Tripp (VR), and Grateful. I enjoy paying it forward. Whether delivering my Meals on Wheels route of 15 years or sneaking quarters into the candy machines at the mall for young ones to find, I look for ways to brighten another’s day. I love dogs. And goats. And giraffes. And, well, really any animal will stop me in my tracks and cause me to run toward them with arms wide open. I am a runner and world traveler – ask me for tips on driving the winding roads in the Tuscan countryside. And I like to organize spaces – give me a messy, unorganized room and let me go to town.
