-Drove creative vision for Billabong women’s art and graphic direction for sportswear, swim, accessories, core fleece and tees.-Created and executed art and graphic direction for the Billabong Women’s business, as well as helped drive overall marketplace strategy for the printables category. -Designed and developed bodies for Graphics, providing trend-right silhouettes and fit.-Developed and innovated fabric and wash to define Billabong Womens printables in the marketplace.-Partnered on strategic plan to expand Billabong women’s printables business across the regions.-Delivered product and design that executed on the line architecture, channel and segmentation strategies for the printables category.-Identifed and executed quick strike/supplemental product opportunities based on marketplace and consumer insight/trend.-Ensured an in depth knowledge of market, trends, innovation, competition, and product.-Ensured graphics and art were aligned with the broader product development calendar.-Managed time and action calendar for assigned categories to meet all deadlines.-Partnered with external manufacturers to monitor execution and develop new and innovative techniques.

Launched, designed and produced designer accessory company Young and Devine. Managed all aspects of business from brand management, design, model making, leatherwork, sewing, production, shipping, accounting and public relations.
