Because of my desire to grow in my expertise and bring more value to my organizations, I earned a Master of Public Affairs in nonprofit management from Indiana University and achieved three professional certifications: Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Certified Association Executive (CAE), and Certified Master Financial Coach (CMFC).Throughout my career, I have consistently leveraged my educational background, extensive experience, and notable strengths to effectively lead organizations, resulting in a positive impact on thousands of lives. It is a privilege to collaborate with dedicated professionals, and witness the lasting and meaningful outcomes of our collective efforts.Currently, I lead Kappa Delta Pi, a national organization that inspires and equips teachers to thrive. I oversee the strategic planning, operations, fiscal management, program development, fundraising, marketing, and staff leadership of this national network of 20,000+ teacher members, 1 million alumni, and over 800 partnerships.
