My expertise lies in steering mission-driven organizations dedicated to enhancing the overall quality of life for individuals, families and communities. Because of my desire to grow in my expertise and bring more value to my organizations, I earned a Master of Public Affairs in nonprofit management from Indiana University and achieved three professional certifications: Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Certified Association Executive (CAE), and Certified Master Financial Coach (CMFC).Throughout my career, I have consistently leveraged my educational background, extensive experience, and notable strengths to effectively lead organizations, resulting in a positive impact on thousands of lives. It is a privilege to collaborate with dedicated professionals, and witness the lasting and meaningful outcomes of our collective efforts.Currently, I lead Kappa Delta Pi, a national organization that inspires and equips teachers to thrive. I oversee the strategic planning, operations, fiscal management, program development, fundraising, marketing, and staff leadership of this national network of 20,000+ teacher members, 1 million alumni, and over 800 partnerships.
