This was a project aimed at increasing sales and saving costs which I did for a group of 25 local banks.The group subsidiary that I worked for is Robeco Asset Management. My role was sales manager related channels: developing products and services for both the local Rabobank branches as well as for international partners in various countries.In april 2005 I was asked to move abroad, to Warsaw, Poland for Rabobank International. I started there at a local acquisition, called Bank BGZ. My position was Advisor to the President of the Management Board. I concentrated on strategy for the retail department and transferring knowledge and business culture from Rabobank to this entity of the group. In 2006, I was asked to join Robeco again, as a Sales Director Central & Eastern Europe, based in Warsaw as well.
