After cutting my teeth on my first consulting business (2000), Brain in a Box was born. I planned to draw on my organisational management and development experience at two leading investment banks, my masters degree in adult education, management experience in an award-winning business, and create a niche systems consultancy. And that’s what we did.We offer our clients a tightly focused, specialised service which stays true to our charter - we help business owners to capture and improve the systems that define their businesses.

My first business - taking my corporate experience and helping business owners to create the systems that would help them thrive. Developed strong systems methodology to support our consulting.

Wow! This was such an exciting role - supporting a vibrant culture and team (software developers and engineers) in this Telstra Small Business Award-winning company. We also brought the first ever Lotus Beacon Award to Australia. What a place! What a team!

Managed training for PUMA (part of Macquarie Bank).
