AFG is a full supplier - B2B - in the industry of fire suppression. AFG develops, produces and sells in The Netherlands, and abroad via a network of distribitors. AFG also installs passive fire protection in non-residential buildings.My responsibilities were to manage the central service department (a.o. Finance, Logistics, HRM) and I was a member of the executive board of directors.

Business consultancy for cultural entrepeneurship. The mission was to decrease cultural institutions' dependance of governmental subsidies.

I have been responsible for a project and a projectteam within the Business Transition Team. The team has developed certain parts of the new salesorganisation within the businessline "Bedrijven" (small and medium sized enterprises).

My responsibilities were to manage a team of Account Managers, Commercial Assistants and Product Specialists to further develop the market share in business banking for medium and large sized companies in the Region. My most important objectives were sustainable relationships, both internal and external, and sustainable growth based on a sound balance of risk and return.

During these four years I became specialised in acquisition finance (the financing of corporate take overs and management buy outs).
