Led team that supports the Director of Finance and the CFO. My team is responsible for managing Intel’s Close processes across Operations Finance, ensuring accuracy in top level Intel Financials for actuals, providing analyses to guide investment decisions, and supporting executive presentations. I am responsible for understanding and reporting Intel’s P&L, and preparing MCM and Board of Director presentations for the CFO and Director of Finance. Additionally, I own Intel's long-range forecasting of Cash Flow and ROIC. Partnering with the Corporate Planning Forecasting Manager we create Intel's Plan and POR forecasts. In this role, I led the Operations Finance Business Analysis and Reporting (BAR) community, chairing the BAR network of managers. Here I'm responsible for driving change and managing issues across the BAR groups to drive the best decision for Intel overall.

Finance lead for all competitive litigation and government investigations. In this role, I lead a cross functional team of finance, legal, and external consultants. Key responsibilities included: influencing the response strategy, collection & analysis of financial info, and education of internal & external stakeholders on policies & practices. Responsible for embedding findings from cases into internal control policies and business practices. I was recognized with an IT DRA for being a leader in the deployment of a historical revenue reporting solution. IT, SMG, Legal, and Litigation finance teams built a reusable database that provides end to end revenue traceability and analytics for historical analysis. Team consolidated data from various disconnected sources and provided accurate data for meaningful consumption by outside counsel and consultants. It was a complex project requiring linking 10 years of data from disparate sources.Additionally, I was seen as a knowledge expert and was asked to represent Intel in front of FTC commissioners. My expertise here alleviated the need for multiple sessions and prevented escalation of the investigation and provided answers to the commission’s questions.

Responsible for IAG's CPU Revenue PLAN and POR, comprising ~$25B in annual revenue. In this role I own developing DPG's CPU revenue forecast; as well as interfacing extensively with EPG and MPG in the development of their revenue forecasts. In addition, I support MMBP's Judged Demand team in the development of the monthly build plan. Utilizing my analytical skills and business acumen, I was able to influence factory builds in partnership with the operations. Ad hoc projects included: analyzing the development of new products for the emerging markets and quantifying the price elasticity of Emerging Markets.

In a geographically diverse group (SC, FM, OR, Intl), I performed the role of consultant (providing strategic support as well as recommendations and direction) to a direct staff of 7 senior managers and the extended staffs of 3 others. Consolidator for Intel Capital. Inserted controls and best known methods into a very loosely run organization. Projects include: Reporting Entity Project (How should Intel disclose portfolio to the market? Analysis includes competitors and risk vs. reward), Deal support (including revenue modeling, P&L forecasting, and NPV analysis), and new business proposal (building a business plan for potential entry into the optics field, included competitive analysis as well as industry scope and key value add areas)

Duties include reporting month-end inventory (gross, reserves, and net) and forecasting the same during UPD, POR and Plan for both PCD and GCD. Additionally responsible for ensuring GCD hits their approved spending and H/C ZBBs. In these roles, I was able to successfully interface between multiple sites and across functions. The ability to learn systems and tools allowed me to implement processes that proved to increase productivity and accuracy. Projects include: Inventory modeling (helped quantify effect of builds and resulting reserves for decision making), COS Proof (helps assure close and forecast numbers are accurate), running multiple analysis to determine product risk during a NPI or other types of risk and established a process of controls in GCD spending.

Projects include: annual corporate budget preparation, cost analysis for corporate headquarters, variable and fixed cost analysis of distribution center, preparation of occupancy figures and corporate charge statistics, projection of daily cash positions, and implementation of new automated procedures for department.
