Key aspects of IT Management and IT Delivery I have worked on in my career:𝗜𝗧 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁Member of the IT Management Teams of large multinational companies, reporting to the CIO / Head of IT. Managed CRM (Salesforce) and BI (Microsoft BI) centres of excellence with teams of up to 25 people. Managed 3 party delivery teams. 𝗜𝗧 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁Managing a portfolio of global IT projects, ranging from IT for IT (ServiceNow, Azure, Office365, Boomi, IT Security) and business projects (Salesforce, Workday, Sitecore, Jaggaer, EcoOnline). Structured the portfolio, aligned with the global PMO framework and implemented together with the global PMO a portfolio management system (Planisware – Orchestra). 𝗜𝗧 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁Delivered global CRM and BI programs in over 25 countries from ideation to implementation and managed subsequent service delivery. Continuous improvement, management of a global design template and management of large stakeholder groups.𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁Have been in the frontline of delivery of CRM projects in large business units, have a strong track record of delivering in time, on budget and with agreed scope.𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁Managed a number of different teams, recruited and developed team members. Was team member of the project to restructure the global IT organisation. 𝗣𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸Sometimes projects do not run as expected. In a few situations I have done assessments on projects that were in danger of failing and made recommendations to Steering Committees to reset the project in aspects like scope, team set-up and governance.𝗜𝗧 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁IT budget management of annual €20m in OPEX costs and €20m in CAPEX. Created and implemented cost allocation models for global IT services.
