I have to make vouchers (Debit and Credit), Balance Sheet and maintain Ladger and Cash Book. I need to perticipate to make annual budget and annual report as well. As a school coordinator, i need to look after 14 schools in different districts in Bangladesh. Where I used to check their individual accounts and their overall activities. Monitoring and evaluating project funds with ensuring accurate financial records.Collecting relevant and accurate data to eliminate imperfect controls, duplication, wastefulness, fraudulence, excessiveness.Participation in project planning and budgeting.Guiding and training route level staffs to ensure the potential Organizational objective without any violation of laws and regulations of the Govt. and the Organization itself. Etc.
