With over ten years of senior operations and hospitality management experience, I am a versatile and strategic leader who oversees the flagship US location of Second Home, a creative workspace and cultural venue that fosters innovation and collaboration. I was responsible for re-engineering and optimizing the operations and pandemic recovery of the 1500+ person site, which includes 85+ commercial office lease spaces, restaurants, market, bookstore, event spaces, and private hire/catering programs. I have successfully launched new revenue streams that tripled income, exceeding 2021 and 2022 YTD P+L projections and revitalizing the US location. I have also rebuilt the team, introduced operation systems, financial controls, and a culture of excellence, efficiency, and productivity, while embracing and nurturing the company culture. In addition, I am the Head of Food and Beverage and Sommelier at La Despensa Restaurant, a new concept that I opened in 2021, where I oversee the culinary, service, and wine aspects of the dining experience.
