-Working in the programme for clients who need the designed plus service, including design ,set up and proceeding the project.-once in changed of a project case, which helped an US auto components company to set up a CFS/CY warehouse in Shanghai and have consolidation cargo exportation. Acknowledged the requirements from client and the internal source situation, we chose the one located in LinGang as the CFS/CY warehouse after several on-site investigations with customer. This decision was also on the base of the balance of the performance and cost of the WHS. My team drew up the exporting plan according to the location of supplier’s plants and the volume of orders, and communicated with the colleague at destination to arrange the clearance and delivery. I managed to do the analysis of the data during few weeks’ operation to find out the place we could make improvement. Finalize the SOP and hand over to the ocean-freight Dept was the last work.

-Coordinator each parts of the exporting progress, deal with any trouble case occurred, and measure it with KPI for the related parties. -Sale our additional service to the customer and vendor. -Attended some projects for cost saving and making operation smoothly. -In the new client team, drafted a few SOPs for different clients on various requirements. -Once did this for a famous shoes company, to integrate and make the source more efficient. Arranged the trucking service according to the plant location and the export port nearby. Controlling the punctual of vessels, choosing the better carrier and get cost saving during the transportation operation is the purpose to meet the client.

Responsible for the logistics process and changed as a buyer later in another department. Good experience on the exporting affairs, and well knowledge on the domestic purchasing for machine parts.
