During my career I have seen the event industry grow in size, scope, technology, and customer needs. As my role has evolved from helping individual clients succeed in their events to being a leader managing multiple different teams driving the business to thrive across its entire operation. Balancing P&L growth, keeping labor costs low, delivering exceptional customer service, and deploying effective change management to meet demands for the future is challenging. To meet that challenge I have focused on operational effectiveness, loyal customers, and talented teams. Effective operations are designed to achieve today and grow tomorrow by mitigating risk and analyzing data. Loyal customers are developed through exceptional customer experience, offering the right products, and constructive partnerships. Great operations and the right customers can only exist with talented people. Hiring the right people, mentoring them, training them, and creating a winning culture is what enables success in all other parts of a business. I am as excited about my career today as when I started. Driving this excitement is knowing that with hard work and collaboration there are few limits on what can be accomplished.
