Part of the M&A (Merger and Acquisition) Enterprise Project Office responsible for managing connectivity projects within the Bank of America account, this includes but is not limited to managing complete Datacenter relocations, Network designs, third party service co-ordination, financial reporting, and managing of customer expectations. Complete end-to-end responsibility for scope, design, delivery and implementation activities. Management of 9+ concurrent projects for different acquired financial institutions, around 50 engineers, and architects reporting directly to me.

At the Office of the CIO, as Alignment Leader, responsible for driving alignment between the EDS strategic Enterprise Knowledge Management (EKM) initiatives and the Information Technology Outsourcing Organization (40.000 Employees, 5000 customers) by driving, and analyzing Knowledge Management opportunities, high level planning and conducting feasibility studies. This requires communication skills and in-depth technical knowledge of the .Net Architecture more specifically Microsoft Sharepoint, as well as Documentum, Remedy & ITIL process suite.
