My practice focuses on patent litigation, with an emphasis on the high tech industry. I have managed teams of lawyers and experts through all stages of patent litigation, including pre-filing diligence, pleadings, fact and expert discovery, claim construction, dispositive motion practice, trial work, and appellate practice. I also have experience with proceedings before the PTO, including IPRs and ex parte reexams. My cases have covered a wide range of technologies, including online advertising, touchscreen technologies, machine learning algorithms, user interface design, semiconductor fabrication, content distribution networks, artificial intelligence, network acceleration, and many others.

Patent litigator, primarily focusing on high technology patents. Main responsibilities were developing invalidity defenses, including locating prior art references and witnesses, as well as drafting invalidity charts and reports.

Redesigned the flagship product to run on any operating system. Also designed and implemented product security measures.

Developed in-house software for content management, maintained the content database, and wrote thin client for testing and lightweight use.
