I worked as an equipment engineer at the OPC factory. An OPC is a photo electric drum/belt which carries the image in Océ office printing systems. In this role I guide a part of the 10 years fit program to assure technical functionality of the equipment. This guidance mainly focusses on upgrading the control components such as the PLC, frequency.
My project involved the full design of a feedback controller for a 6-DOF motion stage. The aim of the project is to exploit additional actuators and sensors for improved performance. For the project I designed a stabilizing controller, and estimated a non-parametric model. Furthermore I designed a high performance feedback controller.
