I am contracting thru E&E Solutions to provide Application Support to the Suncorp Bank. During my 33 months contract at Suncorp I got an opportunity to support 3 main applications under Bank BT Channels Team.In my role with Bank BT Channels I been assigned to look after 3 applications which I supported concurrently to all Suncorp Branches and support the Regression Testing on all releases._ Telentice -(Suncorp Multi Media Devices)_ TCR (Talaris Cash Recycler) • TCR is a teller cash recycler that is used for the storage and recycling of bank notes. It is designed for use in banks, and similar cash handling institutions that use open plan counters. The TCR device is a Vertera 6G and may be used by two tellers, one on either side. TCR & CIA (Cash Insight Assure) is provided by Glory Global. CIA is a cash automation software product, enabling Teller operation and servicing of cash handling devices.CashInsight Assure is a Java-based teller application that facilitates the operation of cash-handling devices alongside teller applications. The core functionality of the application includes; transactions processing, recording and journaling transactions, multiple end-of-session or end-of-day balancing. _ Allfi – is short for “Allfinanz” which means providing our customers with all their banking, insurance and investments needs under the one root.

I was employed by Hewlett Packard to provide support to the Bank of Queensland Core banking system (ICBS). The BOQ account is the main client for Hewlett Packard in Queensland and is critical for their success.In my role with HP I had a number of responsibilities which I performed concurrently ensuring that the highest level of support was given to the client. My roles included; • Support ICBS (International Comprehensive Baking System) application• Business Support liaising with BOQ• Information Developer• Environment SupportMy responsibilities in supporting the BOQ application environment are;• Understand, interpret and document project scope, objectives, benefits and risks• Identify, analyse, interpret and document business functional and non functional requirements• Assist in the preparation of IT business plans and customer IT plans• Liaison with customer stakeholders confirm project requirements and report impacts• Liaison and engagement with stakeholders within the customers business to identify business impact of project change• Identification of actions required to address the change impacts• Responsible for all incidents and problems assign from CAMS and HPSM to support BOQ users on the daily issues • Work with users daily to troubleshoot various issuesIn Addition to my Business Support responsibilities I also worked closely with the the technical team to develop reports and enhancements for the ICBS system using RPGIII/RPGLE in an AS400 environment and DB2/SQL; Prepare test data and analyzes program performance during testing; Experience with File Transfer Protocols for AS/400 to Distributed Systems; Strong knowledge conversion to/from AS400 file formats; Perform environment refresh and scripting; restoring; installing of signature fixes/releases/patches and trouble shooting the issues; Provided maintenance and 24x7 on-call support for Core banking to support ICSB night batch.

Maintain and enhance current systems; Responsible for Daily Batch Processing and Investor Accounting Cutoff jobs; provide business and production support; Develop new system to keep track of all FHLMC loans when PMI (Principal Mortgage Insurance) is reaching to 20%; Enhance programs according to requests from users of specifications; Skilled in Transmissions processes such as Connect Direct, ZMODFTP, EDI, MQ Series and MQ Integrator; Assist client with queries and problems.
