Tony Alexander is the CEO of Great Oak Funding (GOF), a product sponsor raising investor capital through the retail channel. GOF works with financial and investment advisors across the country to provide capital for secured debt funding. In this role, he works closely with the company's managing broker-dealer and larger selling group to ensure strict compliance with SEC rules and regulations. Mr. Alexander has over twenty-two years of experience working with business owners addressing their legal and business needs. Mr. Alexander's legal practice focused on working with existing businesses and start-ups as outside general counsel. As part of his former legal practice and with GOF, he works with distressed businesses helping them to successfully navigate business credit and creditor issues. Mr. Alexander has also worked on behalf of equity funds in assisting with investment issues and opportunities. In addition, Mr. Alexander has worked with companies through the private placement process and helping manage numerous mergers and acquisitions.This experience has provided a depth of understanding of the needs and challenges facing business owners as they strive to build successful businesses. Mr. Alexander earned his Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law in 2000.
