Information Technology Services Manager
Current*Information Assurance and Compliance*-Responsible for ensuring applications are compliant with client requirements in accordance with NIST 800-53 standards and guidelines.-Ensure servers are fault tolerant, maintain uptime in accordance with agreed upon SLA, and security findings are remediated or mitigated.-Ensure developer code undergoes the appropriate Static Code Analysis and clean code is produced to increase the level of security.-Create, maintain, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) as evidence for relevant security controls and train team members on readiness in the event of utilizing a SOP.-Prepare, maintain, test and implement major artifacts to include Incident Response Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan, Information System Contingency Plan, Configuration Management Plan, Privacy Threshold Assessment and Privacy Impact Analysis in an effort to continually support the application undergoing an Authority to Operate (ATO).*Mobile Device Management Deployment*-Responsible for coordination, procurement, implementation, and maintenance of JAMF MDM for all Apple MacBook Pros.-Automate device management and deployment for new and existing team members.-Support a self-service app shop for team members to download user specific applications-Implement and enhance security posture for remote assets through automation-Write bash script for automate data gathering of target remote assets*Overhaul of Research and Implementation of Organizational Security Structure*-Research and implement IT Frameworks that align with business strategy to mitigate risk and maintain compliance with client infrastructure-Responsible for procurement of corporate software and enterprise software and maintaining expense records to collaborate with Finance.-Collaborate with Leadership to ensure that IT and Cybersecurity align with business strategy, development, and maturity of the organization.-Supervise the IT Help Desk Support to ensure that employees are
