Led the Mach1 transition for Cat Electronics Business Unit, a 6-Sigma project, to ensure a smooth transition to SAP for software and provide support for prime product facilities• Led a 6 sigma project to improve the engineering to release process at all Cat facilities. Helped to roll out a standardized process, for engineering to release, across each business unit. Standardization of the process closed gaps between communications, gave valued engineering (through 6-sigma), and allowed for a commonality between the different groups •Process owner of software releasing and delivery to prime product group(s) (psps) and dealer support networks (sis web).
