Key areas of responsibility include:· Primary point of contact for all facilities management issues within the military establishment.· Senior trainer and mentor for the entire training facility; educating personnel on the array of facilities available as well as mentoring both junior and senior instructors in all of the training techniques and facilities utilised on-site. · Ensuring all Health and Safety protocols are strictly adhered to at all times, in accordance with HSE and unit policies. Certifying that all documentation is complete and correct prior to the commencement of any training program.· Coaching and mentoring university students wishing to become a commissioned British military officer.· Responsible for the maintenance, accountability and effective utilisation of over 1,500-line items, including weapons and ammunition.

Camberley, Surrey

Taught and managed students in a challenging, fast paced environment, preparing them for their military careers, helping them develop key skills and leveraging strengths. Student base ranged from recruits through to graduates, spanning the ages of 17-28 years old.· Trained, coached and mentored groups of 70 Army recruits in Combat Engineering, whilst also coaching and mentoring junior instructors for promotion. Achieved a 100% pass rate of recruits, as well as over 60% of instructors being promoted into more senior roles. Both results were significantly above established key performance indicator targets.· Managed command and control across all areas of training and development, including the execution of risk assessments, as well as enforcing Health and Safety aspects to the highest standard.· Ensured that all correct protocols and procedures were followed within all aspects of the Combat Engineering training programs.· Liaised daily with external agencies to ensure that all work spaces and stockrooms were correctly set up, instructor standards were of the highest calibre and testing was conducted in the right format.· Day-to-day communications with senior management teams, including face-to-face meetings and presentations.
