Manages domestic and international customer Legacy Blackhawk aircrew and maintenance training at Sikorsky Training Academy, Stuart Florida.

Training Systems and Government Services (TS&GS) Program Manager, The Boeing Company, responsible for delivering world-class training and training capability to the Canadian, Indian, and Singaporean Air Forces. This includes managing the cost, schedule and risks of the following Training Systems development teams: Courseware Development, Interactive Display System (IDS) virtual maintenance trainer (includes systems engineering, software and hardware development teams), Trainee Station maintenance training device, and flight and maintenance training conducts instructor teams. Coordinates the training of over 200 Canadian Forces (CF) aircrew and maintainers in accordance with Department of National Defense (DND) Training documents and guidelines. Delivers first-ever CH-47 Chinook training to Indian Air Force (IAF) of 70 maintenance and aircrew personnel that facilitates their operational capabilities. Provides long-term support to DND led Courseware instruction, Training Classrooms, and maintenance of training devices. Maintains a 98% or greater Training Suite availability in support of customer-led training. Manages an international and CONUS engineering team and a budget of nearly $90M across 3 programs.
