Accountable for the Women's own bought denim studio in Selfridges alongside casual clothing and four concession stores.

• Launched Cheap Monday’s 330sqm concept & flagship store in 2012.• Devised and implemented routines which are now used in all stores.• Directly responsible for the stores turnover, costs and budgets alongside managing a team of 16 employees including myself.• Managed regular store projects such as different campaigns, sale launches, store audits, stock takes & several store events. • Fostered a safe working environment which abides by all health and safety routines in the UK. Other achievements. • Supported in the introduction, training & development of the Paris store manager & team alongside supporting the physical launch of the Cheap Monday Paris store which opened in April 2014. • Supported the Copenhagen store manager set up an operations plan & new store strategy for September and October which included working in the store for a few days with follow up meetings. • Worked in Swedish HQ alongside the retail team setting up operation routines and training plans to roll out to all Cheap Monday stores internationally.
